Vision systems
Vision systems allow machines to detect, recognise, measure and respond to products in real time. Zenna Laser integrates industrial vision technology for positioning, inspection and quality control, helping machines adapt to the actual product shape, location and orientation.
By connecting vision data to motion control, robotics or laser processing, production becomes more flexible and less dependent on fixed mechanical references.
Inline quality inspection
Inline inspection makes quality control part of the production process itself. Products can be checked during manufacturing for dimensions, contours, surfaces or defects. This allows deviations to be detected earlier and reduces the need for manual inspection.
Zenna Laser has recently implemented feedback systems where a quality inspection module behind the laser cutting station sends correction data back to the laser process. This helps improve process control and supports more consistent production quality.
Robotic automation
Zenna Laser integrates robotics to automate handling, positioning and process steps within industrial production lines. Robots can load and unload products, move materials through the machine or connect multiple operations into one controlled workflow.
Each robotic solution is designed around the product, cycle time and production environment.
Robot-guided processing

Zenna Laser develops laser cutting systems for accurate, contact-free material converting. Laser cutting is ideal for applications where clean edges, minimal mechanical stress and repeatable quality are important.

Precision cutting for complex shapes
For complex geometries and demanding tolerances, Zenna Laser builds precision cutting systems with stable laser control and accurate motion. These systems are designed for speed, repeatability and consistent cutting quality, even with fragile materials or challenging production conditions.
Integrated machine control and software
Zenna Laser machines are controlled by integrated software that connects process settings, recipes, operator control and system monitoring. This gives production teams a clear interface and better control over machine performance.
Our in-house software, ZocuPro, is developed and managed by Zenna’s own software engineers. This gives us the flexibility to make continuous improvements and integrate client-specific requirements where needed.
ZocuPro can also be connected to central production systems such as MES and ERP platforms. This supports paper-free order management, structured data exchange and better visibility across the production process.
