    Abrasives wide web laser cutting machines

    Zenna Laser designs wide web laser cutting machines for high-capacity abrasives converting. These systems are built for continuous production environments where speed, accuracy, stable material flow and repeatable output are critical.

    Wide web machines are suitable for abrasive rolls, discs, fibre discs, sheets and complex multi-hole patterns. Because the cutting process is digitally controlled, manufacturers can process different product designs without relying on mechanical tooling or long changeovers.


    High-capacity cutting without tool wear

    Abrasive materials cause heavy wear on mechanical cutting and punching tools. Over time, this can affect edge quality, uptime, maintenance costs and process stability.

    Laser cutting removes the physical cutting tool from the process. It enables accurate cutting, perforation and pattern processing without tool wear in the cutting area, helping manufacturers maintain consistent quality during high-volume production.


    Designed for wide web converting

    Wide web production requires stable material transport, controlled web tension and accurate positioning across the full working width. Zenna Laser machines are designed for continuous web processing and can be configured around the material, web width, product layout and required production speed.

    This makes the systems suitable for large material widths, complex cutting patterns and production runs where output needs to remain stable over time. Hole patterns, contours, perforations and product variations are controlled through software, giving manufacturers more flexibility between product designs.
