Zenna Laser designs and builds custom laser systems for industrial production processes that do not fit a standard machine concept. These machines are developed around specific materials, product requirements and production goals, combining laser technology with vision, robotics, material handling, software and machine control.


When a standard machine does not fit

Some products, materials or production lines require a machine that is built around the process itself. A standard system may not offer the required accuracy, handling method, automation level or integration with existing equipment.

In these cases, Zenna Laser develops a custom machine concept based on the real production situation. We look at the material, product geometry, tolerances, capacity, cycle time, operator involvement and production flow to define the right laser process, machine layout and automation concept.


From laser process to complete automation system

A custom system can combine laser cutting, marking, cleaning, perforating or scoring with vision systems, robotics, material handling and machine control. Depending on the application, this can be a dedicated module for one process step or a complete automation line with material input, positioning, laser processing, inspection and product output.

The goal is not just to add laser technology, but to create one reliable production system in which every step works together.



Tested, validated and ready for production

Before implementation, the process and machine concept are tested and validated through sample tests, prototype setups, process trials, FAT, SAT and optimisation. This gives early insight into material behaviour, edge quality, marking results, cleaning effect, cycle time and process stability.

Zenna Laser designs custom machines with attention to accuracy, uptime, safety, maintenance access and long-term usability. Where needed, systems can also be prepared for higher output, new product types or additional automation, so the machine supports today’s process while leaving room for future production needs.


Examples of custom laser automation systems

Custom systems can be developed for processes where standard machines do not offer enough flexibility, accuracy or integration. Examples include automated laser cutting lines, laser marking and inspection systems, perforation and sheeting machines, robotic handling cells and complete production lines with vision control and software-based process management.
