Technology behind intelligent laser automation

Building a reliable industrial laser machine is not just about the laser. It is about how the laser, vision system, material handling, robotics and software work together as one controlled and repeatable process.

Zenna Laser develops industrial machines and production lines where these technologies are integrated by design. Each component is selected and configured around the application, material and production requirement. The result is a system that performs consistently in production, day after day, without depending on operator skill or manual adjustment to maintain quality.

This page gives an overview of the core technologies Zenna Laser uses and combines. Each technology links to a dedicated page with more detail.

Combining laser, vision, robotics and software

A laser that cuts accurately is valuable. A laser that cuts accurately, positions itself based on what a camera sees, adjusts for material variation, logs process data and feeds finished parts to a robot for stacking becomes a complete production system.

This is the difference between a component and a solution.

Zenna Laser does not supply individual technology modules as isolated parts. We engineer complete systems where laser processing, vision, material handling and software controls are integrated, tested and validated before the machine leaves the factory.

The right technology starts with your process

The technologies described on this page are not selected from a catalogue. They are combined and configured around a specific production challenge. This includes the material, process step, required output, quality requirements and the environment the machine needs to run in.

Zenna Laser starts by understanding what your production process needs to achieve. From there, we define which technologies are required and how they should work together.

This can include technology selection, feasibility assessment, material testing, process validation in our R&D Laser Cell, system design with laser, vision, robotics and software, or integration into existing production lines and factory infrastructure.

Talk to a Zenna Laser engineer about your process. We can help assess which technology combination fits your production challenge.
