Zenna delivers cutting-edge laser machine for abrasive materials: Enhancing flexibility and efficiency in industrial cutting

We are pleased to announce the delivery of a new industrial laser cutting machine for abrasive material to an esteemed client. This international customer has acquired multiple Zenna laser cutting machines over the years. The client expressed a desire to cut a wide variety of products and hole-patterns with this new machine. Together we mapped all requirements and wishes and explored innovative techniques to implement them.

The ultimate result was the development of a multifunctional laser machine that cuts a diverse range of products, has the ability to switch quickly between materials and is agile requiring minimal labor.

The product range includes discrete parts such as discs with multi-holes, sheet and disc rolls, belts, kiss cut discs on a line, and even roll-to-roll processing.

New is a functionality to recognize printed grit patterns and position the laser head accordingly. Laser cutting technology has enabled to produce these products economically and efficiently, much better than traditional die cutting.
