FlexCutter Tyre

This is Zenna’s high-power flexible and compact laser machine, specifically designed to carve and engrave tread and sidewall of a tire. The traditional methods of grooving a profile in the development phase are often done by hand and are extremely labor-intensive. Imagine this profile being cut by the laser without the need for manual labor. Grooving one tire manually can easily take 2 to 3 days.

With the FlexCutter Tyre, it takes between 5 and 7 hours without the need for someone in between.All desired patterns can be drawn with our FeatherCAD (or .dxf import) and then loaded into the laser system, ready to start.
