Over the years, Zenna has developed and built a considerable number of special machines that extend beyond our familiar markets. It are precisely these laser systems that are characterized by a high degree of innovation combined with our laser knowledge and machine-building expertise.

Understanding the problem or challenge of the customer is an essential first step, often followed by laser processing some material on one of our pilot lines. Only if the results are promising, we enter the next phase of gathering specifications and wishes of the lead, resulting in a first proposal. This process can be repeated until a solid proposal is transformed into a quotation. When te order is placed, we start the project too engineer and build a laser system that complies to the client's expectations and specifications.

There are many examples of Specials, here represented in some examples:

• The PlateWeld Fiber: Our welding system to produce pillow plates and dimple plates
• The FlexCutter Tyre: For engraving tire treads or marking logos and information on tires
• The FlexCutter Film: for cutting and/or perforating screen film for smartphones and TV displays.
