New: Falcon Multilayer 30/2600
The Falcon MultiLayer is a fast laser cutting system for high ply airbag fabric. It is a compact design with the two high power lasers positioned on top of a conveyor. Two longitudinal positioning axes move across the material on a rigid portal frame. Two clean cutting nozzles are mounted on the stiff axes and can reach over 1 meter in the material direction.
Special linear motors with highly accurate actuators are combined with a real time controller for fast acceleration and cutting speed.
The Falcon Multilayer is designed to replace old generation single laser ML-cutting systems. Using existing unwinders and spreaders, the Falcon Multilayer can boost production at a responsible investment.
The Falcon MultiLayer has the following unique features incorporated:
- Highest acceleration and deceleration within accuracy limits
- Easy to operate interface, able to work in indexing mode and continuous mode.
- Well-designed covered laser beam path, therefor less cleaning and maintenance.
- Effective smoke extraction system for better cutting results, no debris on mirrors.
