Zenna successfully implemented a new developed central database system for a large international operating customer. 

The system is housed on the corporate network and is connected to all laser machines worldwide. It contains all product drawings and laser parameters for each material, created, verified and accredited by a selected team of specialists on workstations. On a daily base the latest recipe versions are uploaded to the local machine databases.

Besides product data, the central database also stores the latest application software version, that can be loaded on all laser machine after an update or retrieved after a PC breakdown. Depending on customer requirements the synchronization strategy can be configured to keep the software and production data in sync. This solution minimizes machine operator errors, standardizes software version control and improves the line output and product quality.
