Job description
As a projectleader you are responsible for - and you coordinate a project from a to z. You have close contact with the different departments within Zenna such as engineering, workshop and purchasing and you are the clients main contact. Your communication is clear and correct and at all times you have a clear overview of the planning and work that needs to be done. A selection of activities you will be involved with as a projectleader at Zenna:
- brainstorm about the feasibility, technical design and compatibility of the project
- main contact for internal departments and for the client during the entire project at Zenna and at clients location
- checking the work activities and monitoring the qualitity of the project
- drafting and monitoring the planning of a project and redirect if necessary in coordination with the management team
- locate bottlenecks in resources and delivery of parts and resolve issues within the project on time
- in charge of the Acception Tests at Zenna and at clients location
- completion of the project and aftercare
- manage the projectfile
Who are you
- You are a strong communicator
- You are solution oriented
- You have a drive to perform
- You can take initiative, keep an overview and act if necessary
- You are indipendent and take responsibility
- You are fluent in English
- You are in possession of driver license B
What we ask
- A mechanical background, for example Mechanical Engineering
- A completed Bachelor education (HBO) or College education (MBO) supplemented with relevant courses and training
- A couple of years of experience in machinery and project leadership
- Knowledge of and/or experience with ERP systems
